Shipping Policy

We ship orders across Indonesia using JNE, J&T, or SiCepat, and etc. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping service chosen. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

 

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for defective items or items sent in error. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags or packaging intact.
